Expectations of Successful Applicants

Organizations must only spend funds for which approval has been received.  All funds must be spent in the time period outlined in the Agreement.   Prior consent from the Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation must be obtained if changes to the budget or proposed program are needed. 

Acknowledgement of the Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation's support is to be included in the Applicant's communications materials and events, including a press release at the time the grant is received.  Copies of these materials are to be forwarded to the Foundation.

A final report is to be submitted to the Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation by such date as identified in the Agreement, outlining the benefits gained by the Foundation's support and specific examples of how the Foundation's involvement was highlighted.
